An award-winning program for children ages 2-3 and their parents and caregivers that combines music, movement, visual literacy and language development. Mother Goose on the Loose helps children develop emotionally and socially while encouraging a positive attitude towards learning!
A lap-sit program best for children under one year and their parents/caregivers to promote language and social development through songs, stories, rhymes, and play.

Mother Goose on the Loose is an award-winning early literacy program for toddlers (ages 2-3) and their grown-ups. It combines music, movement, rhymes, and books to help young children develop language skills, social and emotional skills, general knowledge about the world, and a love of learning.
Every Tuesday on the lawn north of the Mary L. Stephens Davis Branch Library (weather permitting). Please bring a blanket or a towel to sit on.
Free homework help with volunteer teen tutors. All school subjects are welcome, including reading practice. No registration required. For students in grades K through 6.
Join us for a special winter storytime followed by cookie decorating and crafts! All supplies are provided. All ages are welcome.

Join us for a lap-sit program for babies ages 0 to 18 months and their caregivers followed by a Stay-and-Play. We will share songs, lullabies, fingerplays, and board books!
The program is held indoors, in the Blanchard Room and is offered in two-month sessions. Each session is limited to 30 families.
The current session is full. Registration for the January/February session will open on December 15. After December 15, please use your baby’s library card to register at this link.
