The Yolo County Archives is the official repository for the historical records of Yolo County. The Archives also houses numerous collections from private donors and organizations that reflect the County’s history from 1850 to present.
Friends of the Yolo County Archives is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to support the services, staff, and facilities of the Yolo County Archives.

The Friends of the Esparto Regional Library meet the second Wednesday of each month. The Friends of the Esparto Regional Library is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization with a 7-member, volunteer board of directors dedicated to promoting life-long learning for residents of all ages.

The Yolo County Library Advisory Board meets the second Wednesday of even numbered months at predetermined locations around the county. The Library Advisory Board advises the Board of Supervisors and the County Librarian and reviews library services and facilities. It studies and reviews plans and programs for the long-term development of county libraries.

The Friends of the Davis Public Library meet bimonthly on the second Tuesday of even numbered months. The purpose of the Friends is to assist the Mary L. Stephens Branch of the Yolo County Library in efforts to raise funds, plan for expansion of physical facilities, develop the library’s book collection, encourage reading programs for children, and to promote the library as a cultural center for the city of Davis.

The Yolo County Library Foundation meets on the third Monday of each month. The Yolo County Library Foundation (YCLF) supports the Library’s mission to “provide access for all to ideas that inform, entertain, and inspire.”
