African Americans have enriched America’s history and are instrumental in its future success—In the fields of visual and performing arts, literature, fashion, folklore, language, film, music, architecture, culinary, and many more forms of cultural expression. Stop by the library for a bibliography, check out books on display and the amazing graphic art displayed.

Los afroamericanos han enriquecido la historia de Estados Unidos y son fundamentales para su éxito futuro en los ámbitos de los artes visuales y escénicas, la literatura, la moda, el folclore, la lengua, el cine, la música, la arquitectura, la gastronomía y muchas más formas de expresión cultural. Hug-a-bye Baby @ Mary L. Stephens Davis Branch Library

Join us for a lap-sit program for babies ages 0 to 18 months and their caregivers followed by a Stay-and-Play. We will share songs, lullabies, fingerplays, and board books!

The program is held indoors, in the Blanchard Room and is offered in two-month sessions. Each session is limited to 30 families.

Current Session is full. Registration for the March/April Session will open on February 15 at this link.
