ZIP Book Request Form
What’s new:
Would you like to request an eBook or eAudiobook? The State Library is supporting eBooks for all through the Palace Project.
Library patrons can request the purchase of eBooks and audiobooks to be added to the Palace Project Collection. The organization in charge, Califa, will be making weekly purchases of requests and will notify the requester by email when the title is available for download.

How to use Zip Books
Before you make a request, please read these guidelines about the service.
- Item may be a book or a large print book
- Item cannot be in the Yolo County Library catalog
- Items not yet published are not eligible
- You must have a Yolo County Library card in good standing (not owe more than $25.00)
- Staff will review your request and if your request is approved the item is ordered from Amazon and shipped directly to you via Amazon Prime. Please notify us of any change to your address!
- Limit one Zip Book per library card at a time, up to 5 per month.
- Return the ZIP book to Yolo County Library staff at any Yolo County Library branch and make sure to get a check-in receipt. (Please, do not place it in the library book drop.) Once you return your ZIP book you may order another.
