Join California State Parks Interpreter Lillie at Calaveras Big Trees State Park to discover the wonders of the biggest individual tree in the world, the Giant Sequoia! This unique livestream event provides an incredible moment, live in a giant sequoia grove, to experience these singular trees that are ‘in a genus all to themselves’. The natural setting provides a great opportunity for learning about their characteristics, survival needs, and how humans have impacted them, including the complexity of fire and its relationship with a giant sequoia forest!
