[Virtual] Women Providing Healing, Promoting Hope: Wellness Workshop

Posted by crista on

Women’s History Month 2022 Event

As women, we often find ourselves in the care taking role: providing safety, emotional support and encouragement for others. While this can be nourishing, it can also leave us depleted, in particular if we are feeling under-resourced or if there is self-sacrifice.

Certified mindfulness instructor, Aiko Michot, will provide a workshop using mindfulness exercises and reflective activities to guide participants into rediscovering and experiencing the inherent abundance that is readily available within each of us. In this way, the act of giving can be sustainable and come from an authentic place of connection and care.

Virtual via Zoom: https://yolocounty.zoom.us/j/83179302385

No reservations required. Sponsored by the Winters Friends of the Library. Connect with us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/yolocountylibrary.org.
