As women, we often find ourselves in the care taking role: providing safety, emotional support and encouragement for others. While this can be nourishing, it can also leave us depleted, in particular if we are feeling under-resourced or if there is self-sacrifice.
Certified mindfulness instructor, Aiko Michot, will provide a workshop using mindfulness exercises and reflective activities to guide participants into rediscovering and experiencing the inherent abundance that is readily available within each of us.
