Come and learn a series of movements and breathing exercises for general wellness, stress relief, physical balance, flexibility and fall prevention led by Dr. Gigi Tze-yue Hu.

Dr. Gigi Tze-yue Hu is a semi-retired Asian Studies scholar and has a Master Degree in Tai Chi from the University of the East-West Medicine in Sunnyvale, CA.
