Yolo County Library

LINK+

What is LINK+?
LINK+ is a union catalog of contributed holdings from participating libraries in California and Nevada.

How does LINK+ work?
Patrons from member libraries electronically request an item not available in their own library and it is delivered to their library for them to check-out.

Who can use LINK+?
LINK+ is available to patrons of the participating libraries.

How do I get to LINK+?
LINK+ may be accessed from the Yolo County Library Catalog. Browse the catalog for the desired item and in the list of possible results you will have the option to search the LINK+ catalog if the item is not available from Yolo County Library.

What materials may I request through LINK+?
Books and audio-visual material may be borrowed if they are listed as “available” in the union catalog.

When will I get my item?
Items will be available at the requestor’s library approximately 7 to 10 days after the request.

How long can I borrow the item?
The loan period is 21 days with one 21-day renewal.

How much does it cost to use LINK+?
There is no charge to request or borrow LINK+ materials, though there are different fees for lost or damaged items.
